AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION REGARDING TICKET PURCHASE
The Budapest Varieté would like to draw the attention of its customers that before purchasing tickets, they should review the present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as: General Terms and Conditionsthoroughly read and only purchase an event ticket if they have read, understood, and accepted the conditions contained in this document as binding.
The GTC includes the detailed rules concerning contracts between consumers and entrepreneurs 45/2014. (II.26.) Government Decree, Section 11 (1) the mandatory pre-contractual information.

3. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions and Formation of the Contract
Budapest Varieté Kft. organizes the Budapest Varieté events itself and sells tickets for them through its own online ticket sales system.

4. Ticket purchase process

The seating of guests purchasing dinner tickets, due to the nature of the event at communal tables, therefore the provider does not guarantee that a specific table will be reserved exclusively for one party.
During ticket purchase, the customer can also choose dinner. When choosing dinner 3 different dinner options You can choose from.
For group dinner ticket purchases, it is possible to unlimited drink package for purchase.
The drinks package exclusively For group bookings of 4, 6, or 8 people available.
Drink packages cannot be purchased for groups of fewer than 4 people.
The beverage package is for the indicated number of people and is available for the duration of the event. The price of the beverage package is payable regardless of actual consumption; no refunds are possible for partially or fully unused consumption.
5. Using the basket

6. Ticket Prices and Payment Methods
The customer pays the amount indicated in the cart, which may include:

The provider does not charge any additional handling fees.

7. Ticket Delivery
Following a successful purchase, the customer will receive the ticket via email. In PDF format (e-ticket).
Your ticket upon arrival at the event printed or digital must be presented.
The service provider is not responsible for damages resulting from the loss, theft, or improper use of the ticket.
8. Ticket Purchase Confirmation
The system will send a confirmation email to the customer regarding the purchase.

9. Billing
The bill is Billingo Technologies Zrt. issued by an online invoicing system.
The invoice will be sent to the customer electronically.

11. Withdrawal
According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the buyer I am not entitled to the right of withdrawal, if the service relates to a leisure event for a specific date.

12. Missed or Postponed Lectures

If the performance cannot be held due to force majeure or other extraordinary circumstances, the organizer is entitled to the performance to be held at a new date.

13. Complaint Handling
Customers can submit their complaints through the service provider's contact channels.

15. Dinner service

16. Photographs and video recordings
At the event, guests are permitted to take photos and videos for their personal use, provided that it does not disrupt the proceedings, the work of the performing artists, or the enjoyment of other guests.
At the event, the organizer or persons acting on behalf of the organizer may take photographs and videos of the event, the audience, and the performance.
By attending the event, guests acknowledge that they may be included in mass recordings or ambiance recordings. Budapest Varieté Előadóművészeti és Szervező Kft. is authorized to use such recordings, particularly for marketing and promotional purposes, to popularize the event, for display on websites and social media, and for use in press materials.
The organizer shall act in accordance with the applicable data protection laws during the creation and use of the recordings.
17. Late-arriving guests
The exact start time of the event will be communicated to the customer during the ticket purchase and in the confirmation email.
To ensure undisturbed service for guests and the proper execution of the performance, the organizer suggests that guests please 30 minutes before the event starts arrive.
Late arrivals will be admitted at the organizer's discretion, taking into account the program flow and seating availability.
In the case of late arrivals, the originally planned seating may not be available, and the organizer will assign seats based on available open spots.
The service provider shall not be held liable for any inconvenience resulting from late arrival or for the partial use of the service, and such circumstances do not entitle the customer to a ticket exchange or a refund of the ticket price.
19. Other provisions
The website operates via a secure HTTPS connection.
The provider is not responsible for problems arising from the customer's internet connection or technical equipment.
