1./ Game organizer: Budapest Varieté Kft. (address: 1062 Budapest, Aradi u. 39. ground floor) with adherence to the following game rules

2./ Person participating in the game:

Anyone who attended the Budapest Varieté performances from October 7th to 16th, 2022, purchased a theater ticket, filled out the questionnaire and application form provided at their dinner table, agreed to subscribe to the Spirit Hotel Thermal Spa newsletter, and submitted it into the ballot box is eligible to participate in the game.

A player can only fill out one questionnaire.

3. The game starts on October 7, 2022 (first performance) and ends on October 16 (last performance).

4./ Winnings

Wellness weekend for 2 people, including half-board accommodation for 2 nights, offered by Spirit Hotel Thermal Spa.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash

The prize drawing will be conducted by collecting the received entry forms in an urn, ensuring that the participants' names are not visible. The drawing itself will take place during the performance, where our host will select a viewer from the audience to draw the winning entry form on stage in front of the audience.

The organizers of the game will notify the winners of the draw about their prize and hand it over within 8 days.

5. / Personal data processing:

By completing the application form, the player agrees that the Organizer may use their name, phone number, and email address in connection with the game. For example, announcing the winner's name or sharing their details with Spirit Hotel. The winner's name may be published by the prize provider in its newsletter, and the winner agrees to be contacted by the newsletters of the two sponsors. The Organizer undertakes to treat the data that comes to its attention confidentially in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Qatar Airways and Spirit Hotel undertake to comply with and act in accordance with the aforementioned legal regulations applicable to them.

6. The Organizer disclaims liability for any disputes related to the game.

By participating in the game, the Player accepts these game rules, acknowledges, and agrees to the terms and conditions.
